The point of the post was directed to a website moderator that might find interest in a feature enhancement that could improve website usability.
I doubt anticlmber has any influence on that. Since he's bragging about being able to count, I doubt he has any web development responsibilities. Just another one of KY's finest.

i've never understood why people care about the bolt count. if it's short, bring 8. long, bring 12. really long, bring 15. if in doubt bring some extras. if you might not have enough do another rock climb or run it out.

just solved the bolt count problem. you're welcome.

You're goddamn right I'm one of kentucky's finest. You must be one of Ohio or prolly Michigans finest which is why you need someone to hold your hand. If you don't like my state or my people then stay in your bullishit-ass state where you don't need to count bolts because you have no climbing. Hence why you come to my state. For a cocksucker that has shit to say about online forums you still come on here or want one set up how you want it. Odd
And are you saying web developers can't count?? Sounds racist and insulting. And they talk about my state.

1-2-3 go fuck yourself twat. How's that for a bolt count. Jr

nik - the only time I've found it matters if your trying to reduce the total amount of gear you want to bring (or split up across multiple routes). I always carry extra in case I need to extend any. Yes, I agree it's trivial, but the data is already there, might as well put that column in the table.

This makes me long for the days of Porter's guidebook. Hand drawn cliff outline, a list of route names and grades. No pics, descriptions, stars or spray.

Fuck it! Ray, make sure you include bolt descriptions when you add that column. I need to know which bolts are 5-piece Rawls, dynabolts, glue ins. I'll also need to know which are spinners, which hand the clipping hold is and a bio for the placer of each bolt. Please include a list of reference with each bio

I think the best solution for this is to use the site m.redriverclimbing.com on your mobile device. It's fast loading and caches for sparse connectivity. As far as adding the bolt count column and "Print to PDF" maybe wait for the guidebook? I at least want to break even. :)
