You can go to the online guide book. Under the route Pogue Ethics select the link for "report bad bolts."

Some more info would be helpful, was it loose in the hole, just the hanger spinning, did you try to tighten. I can take a look at it next time I'm there. In the meantime please report to badbolts.com
