Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure is HIRING for the 2015 Season!

Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure located in the Red River Gorge KY is looking to hire part-time help from the end of February 2015 till the beginning of December 2015.

Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure offers two types of positions:

We are looking for certified climbing instructors to perform guided climbing and guided rappelling for our clients. We are looking for professional instructors that are safe, competent, proficient, and also great with clients. Client’s skill set ranges from complete novice to competent immediate.

Certifications that Torrent Falls seeks are American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) Single Pitch Instructor or AMGA Rock Instructor and Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certified. Other certifications may be accepted.

Torrent Falls is also looking for a Via Ferrata instructor. No prior experience is necessary but it is helpful to have climbing experience and basic wilderness medical training. Position may require individual to perform Via Ferrata trainings, Via Ferrata rescues, Via Ferrata guiding, answering the phone, taking reservations, and running a cash register. Ideally a certified climbing instructor can perform both guided trips and Via Ferrata trips.
