What group of people are you surrounded by that believes this? I don't think I've ever had the chance to encounter these people. Must be the same folks who think Obama isn't a citizen...

Not surrounded, yet, but more and more of them seem to be popping up. And you're right, people that believe in conspiracies tend to believe in all of them. Even when they're mutually contradictory.

No, they're crazy as shit. They think the government is trying to make us sick in order to enrich drug companies, or some such shit. They latch onto experimental weather modification projects as proof that they're right.
