Ambulance at Fortress

There was an ambulance at the pulloff by the Fortress trailhead yesterday afternoon 11/9/14 and we passed a search-and-rescue truck headed that way a few minutes later. Anyone know what happened?

We heard that a climber was hit by a rock trundled by another climber that was traversing the fortress ledge. The injured climber was wearing a helmet but still incurred impact injury according to a chat with the forest service agent.
