Johnny & Alex Trail Day - July 19 - We need HELP!

Post by Josephine »

We need YOU to help maintain the 1,000+ acres YOU OWN!!! As of yesterday we only had 34 people signed up and we have WAY more work that needs to be done. Please help and give back! And if you can't give of your time, we will certainly accept cash donations to put towards paying for supplies and the new parking lot in Miller Fork!

Sign up by July 6 for a free t-shirt and we hope to see you July 19! :-D

Pick any name of a trail leader - someone you know and like, or meet someone new! - sign your name and select your options. If you don't know who to sign up with, I'm kinda partial to Jesse Sterr - he's a good one to work for ;-)

Ps - yes, you read that right lunch is sponsored by Miguel's (and his wraps are YUMMY) and dinner is from Rockhouse (nothing better than a burger after a long, hard day!)

Yes, T-shirts have been ordered but there will be a few extras for door prizes and for purchase.

As for food, Miguel's and Rockhouse were good enough to allow us additional time to get our order in, so it's not too late to reserve lunch and dinner.

RSVP by July 14 for free food :-)

Seriously - we need you help! We currently have a meager 100 people RSVP'd and we have work for 200+!!!! We have lots of work on the 1,000+ acres YOU OWN - let's get our crags in ship shape and then celebrate with a rocking after party!

All you need to do is log on and sign up under any trail leader you wish - if you don't want to pick for yourself, you can always sign up under "trail leader" and we'll assign you to a crew. Once you've signed your name let us know what kind of lunch/dinner you want and we'll see you saturday! (a week from tomorrow)

hi Josephine,
if there is a running list of things to do on rrgcc owned property would it be ok to make it available online?

While the total land management wish list is long, JATD 2014 activities will focus on Miller Fork, both (1) cutting new trails to recently opened walls, and (2) building footbridges across a few of the many creek crossings.
