Fortress Wall
5.6 Bedtime for Bonzo
5.7 Party Time (140 ft and pretty continuous)
5.8 Horny Bitch (140 ft)

Tower Rock
A lot of easy, multi pitch climbs. Come require some route finding

Jewell Pinnacle
5.6 Diamond in the Crack

Whiteout 5.8
Ditto on Foxfire, Diamond in the Crack, Party Time, HB, Cavers at Tower, Mighty Eidson at Tower, Big Country at Long Wall (adventure climbing/BBQing), G.I.

And those that are CLOSED: Tunnel Route, Chimney Direct, Roadside Attraction (hardly done as a MP though)

Single pitch long easy trad:
Casual Viewing
Cheaper Than a Movie
Into the Purple Valley
Pretty much anything at Fortress though the average length is 60'
Wall of Denial has a lot if your definition of "easy" extends to 5.9: Pink Panties Pulldown, Bongo, New Red River, Red River Renaissance, Strick 9 (top rope Buckeye Testpiece) and Funhouse. All are fantastic routes

Good Tang has one of the best top-outs in the RRG, but not that many new climbers would call the last pitch "easy". Go for it! :)

Yeah, I hesitated a little before suggesting that one, but if there is a route that will win a person over to climbing, that is it. The first time I did it, my largest cam was a 4. Spent the whole pitch just waving it around in the crack and whimpering.
