It'll work with adding a bunch of stone steps, but we need to leave a bit more topsoil when cutting trail... once you get down to the clay layer it's all over. Pretty impressive amount of work for less than a full day tho, thanks guys!!

this is my first post in the forum this year but I just gotta....grab a drill or grab your rack and start exploring...we all own it...dont poach the hard work of others. put in some sweat equity on the infrastructure too. some walls (under serenity point for example) are "closed" for good reason. the top has been clear cut and there are dozens of 1,000 pound widow makers just waiting to kill someone at the base. Ray and I were there last week and one 50 foot (at least) dead tree literally rolled off the top and came feet from decapitating Ray while he was leading a route. smug doesnt fit well when there are hundreds of folks out there working for no pay to try and build a fun place for us all to enjoy....buy them a beer and join for some trail work..I am pretty sure that is the "secret handshake" to enter this cool kid's club that you so loath....

please take a four wheel drive in, wave and say hi to everyone using the land, and don't tear up the road....there are many negative nellies when it comes to Miller Fork (I was one), but this place will be magnificient once the foundation is in to handle the crowds....ynp, pm me anytime and I will give you a tour the best I know how down there, and point you towards projects and routes that may inspire you.
