Urban Forestry Contractors

Post by green_up »

Hello RRG Climbers,
It's been a while since I've been on, and my post is pretty peripheral to climbing. But, I know you are all good peeps (well, most) and I'd prefer to give an upcoming opportunity to a local climber.

I work in Urban Forest mapping technologies and we are responding to an RFP for Lexington. We are based out of Colorado and are looking for a local sub-contractor to partner on a proposal.

Does anyone out there either work in Urban forestry contracting or make a recommendation for someone?

Thanks for any insights.

I have a contact in Cincinnati, but that might be too far away?

I would try getting in touch with the folks at Raven Run park, they would probably know someone.

Thanks dustonian. That place looks cool. Would way rather contact someone directly through the climbing community, but we are following all leads. We're trying to move on this pretty quickly.
