Saw that while he had numerous fractures, there was no neurological damage. *whew*

Sounds like it was a rough day on Wednesday. A friend of mine broke a foot at the top of Aquaduct Pocket while clipping the anchors, and took a header into a tree behind him, got knocked out for a few minutes. I also fell at the crux of Jack the Ripper, Ripped gear and Jacked my foot (har har har), clipping a ledge and tearing a bunch of tendons in it. No climbing this winter, it looks like [sadface].

Went to visit Saifu tonight and I couldn't believe how well he is doing, especially considering the catastrophic potential of his accident. Dude is totally with it, cracking jokes, laughing, smiling. Being in bed doesn't seem to be holding him down, which is so great to see! Such a miraculous result of what should have been a very bad injury. Keep on going Saifu, recovery is in sight!
