More importantly, we can wake in bake legally in CO in 2013. At least until the DEA busts down the door. I'm curious what other folks think about the state legalization of pot. Is Colorado and Washington a federal test site? I'm guessing the Feds will be scrutinizing all the numbers for increased crime, accidents, etc.. What do you think, will KY legalize cannabis? And when?

KY? Doubt it. Romney won by a 20% margin here--clearly we are not ripe for new ideas.
I'm interested to know what would happen if you get caught with ganja by a Forest Service cop in Colorado. It's Federal jurisdiction... Think they will start looking the other way?

A medical marijuana law passed here in Montana. Growers and "providers" jumped in big time with huge growing operations and over-the-top storefronts with "in your face marketing". Literally anyone could get a green card. Then the Feds came down hard.
