Hows the new skate park?

Fun... I got new skate shoes and a new set-up today... then we went and rode for a bit. You should join us sometime. OMG, me skating in the same park as kafish2, is like me climbing at the same crag as Ondra, or playing golf on the same course as Tiger, or playing tennis on the same court as Federer... OMG!! Hahaha...

Skate today, climb tomorrow... maybe I'll run into you in the gorge tomorrow. Peace.

if Ondra had climbed southern smoke, then came back and did southern smoke direct would that still be considered a flash?

No. Not a flash. Just a first go Redpoint. Flash implies you have not touched the rock above what you can reach from the ground. He actually did the same thing before climbing a 14d line that had some convergence with a route that he had already sent. It was called a first go ascent, not a flash.
