MATT WELCH: “That wasn’t a debate so much as Mitt Romney just took Obama for a cross country drive strapped to the roof of his car.”

Ain't never much about climbing at the WHATEVER forum. Glad you enjoy it.

Did Romney seriously look like the better candidate? I am not saying obama was perfect, he was certainly a little wonkey and may have tried to explain his polocies a little too deeply, and sure, mit had a lot more jabs and was simple to understand, but what does that mean? Its easy to make your policies sound simple and better when you don't have any. Its easy to apear to win a debate (at least to the masses) when your not supporting a stance yourself.

Romney won because he didn't lose like he was expected to.

Romney threw out a bunch of crowd-pleasing BS like he always does. Unfortunately for him and the very gullible and/or amnestic, very little of it was true.

They should give the moderator a big red X like on America's got Talent. Maybe that would make the candidates actually address his questions.

Half of me thinks it was moderated that way on purpose so they would actually get to elaborate on their points. To me, this gave Obama the clear advantage because he could go into some depth, as opposed to romney, who filled the time by claiming more miracles that he would perform should he win the election.
