Can I assume that since the mantra of the rrgcc was at one time "the right to climb is not free" that you are opposed to climbers climbing goverment land with out paying a fee?

I'm pretty sure it's some dude named JM Norman who lives in Lexington. He used to troll here and on Climb Kentucky and is on qx.net. He harrassed me in PM last year on this board and he's a real piece of shit as far as I'm concerned.
Of course he may not be so bad in real life, but I can't say one way or the other. As far as I know, I have not met him.
