If Romney is elected President, I can guarantee the world will collectively shudder. If he is the front runner coming down the stretch, better put your money in saving bonds. There is some advice for you DustinClimbingrocks wrote:Hmmm...this is the first presidential election in my adult life where the choice is very obvious. I just can't imagine how Romney wouldn't be a bad president. His economic ideas are proven to fail, his international plans are terrible, and his approach to civil liberties is fucking embarrassing.pigsteak wrote:

Yep... everyone wants to be in the cart but no-one wants to pull, right? Ugh... whatever.

Its funny reading news from other countries. They couldn't believe how much we seem to support bush and they are blown away that we are about to do it again.climb2core wrote:

I don't mind pulling the cart personally, and it is pretty sad to imagine living in society that doesn't even have one. Relative to other "developed" nations, we are pretty much down to a broken-down wagon as it is already. That said, most of my paycheck comes from NIH via the department of HHS... whose budget is already minuscule compared to that of China's... strangely, they still seem to understand that investing in research and innovation is the path to the future... not everything is profitable in the first year or two.
Working all week here in Charlotte, flying cameras above the delegates and speakers on tomorrow's event and happy to sit on the clock all day today since we are done rigging. One thing I will say, all these political nuts are kind of insane and getting on my nerves, I don't really understand what motivates people to get so involved with all this crap. Plus it takes like 30 minutes to walk the 6 blocks to the stadium through multiple security checkpoints and the crazy hordes of people!

Facebook is well aware of THE answer so may as well spread the light here. Vote Don McGlone 2012 ! Really, thats the only hope we have as a society.

I believe one of the first things Obama said was that our problems are deep, and it will take a long time to overcome them.
It's been nice to have a president that doesn't lie his ass off.
Re: so.... anyone voting for Mit Romney?
If I remember correctly, at least one president in history didn't lie his ass off about the state of the union:
President Camacho: Shit. I know shit's bad right now, with all that starving bullshit, and the dust storms, and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings. But I got a solution.
South Carolina Representative # 1: That's what you said last time, dipshit!
South Carolina Representative # 2: Yeah, I got a solution, you're a dick! South Carolina, what's up

America Is Letting Obama Down. “The first term of the Obama administration has been a complete failure — a complete failure of Americans to deserve the great president they elected.”
If you motherfuckers would quit wasting your time climbing and work a little harder you wouldn't be such a blight on Obama's record.

Don't get me wrong... of all the quotes repeated ad nauseum, that is by far the one I hate the most.dustonian wrote:I don't mind pulling the cart personally, and it is pretty sad to imagine living in society that doesn't even have one.
Re: so.... anyone voting for Mit Romney?
Not to mention the fact that there's not a chance in hell we'd ever live in a society here in the U.S.A. that "doesn't even have one". Unless of course our government's deficit spending finally brings everything crashing down.
