You can also buy it outright for around $200K. Rest assured this is only 5 to 10 times its market value!

Then after you buy it you can invite everyone down on an internet forumn and then - just for laughs, do all you can to establish a culture that frequently uses it. And then, here's the good part, get pissy and run everyone off that you invited because some of them are hippies with hammocks, and then try to get the Access Fund to give you a grant. Good times!
