They passed out about 10 tickets Friday night, saying they were police officers with the ABC. Local cops showed too. Their argument was that we were drinking in a public space in a dry county, not on our own private property. If you were inside a tent then it would have been okay... I have not yet called the county clerk to find the $damage, but I'll keep ya'll posted if I learn anything worth knowing. Doesn't sound like this will be a reoccurring problem, but I would recommend putting your booze in an unmarked, closed container in the meantime. They were apparently posted right up front in unmarked clothes/car just watching who was drinking in plain sight, none of us noticed.

The ABC were up at the beer store in Zachariah Friday night getting people buying for minors. Unmarked car and cloths. Although the guy working the register inside was warning everyone buying anything.

People order bacon on their pizzas all the time--they faded right in to the background.

Just spoke with the Powell County Attorney's office and they are 99% sure they are going to dismiss all the citations passed out that night. They are calling me in the morning to confirm, and I'll update here. As of yesterday, they said the court date was changed from the 26th to the 31st, but it looks like we won't be showing up regardless.
