I'm guessing that maybe those folks didn't try tightening them. The other bolts are most likely in need of work. If you must pull the anchors out as well please PM me if you would.
Re: Rebolt the RED day
Just so we are clear we have a line on the bolts, and I have a line on the glue.
But each team will need a drill and gear for drilling.. also quick links or chain .and bolt removal gear and some hole patching goo.. this is not easy work but will be worth it in the long run..
So we just need some teams to form, pick a route you want to do and let me know when is good for everyone
Thanks again you guys are great.

Re: Rebolt the RED day
oh, nevermind. that's a total. for a second, i thought 20 bolts were gonna go up on that one...
Re: Rebolt the RED day
Well my plans are not to waist time removing bolts that don't need it.. But why are they getting loose?? The bolts we are using are one piece ss glue ins way longer life span and no maintenance.. I can't see rebolting a whole route and leaving older bolts that will need to be replaced at some point..at the anchors..falling!!!! wrote:I'm guessing that maybe those folks didn't try tightening them.
