Purchasing land in the Gorge

It would hopefully be property that has electric and water and a reasonably prime location.

Look at peaceful valley or Indian valley. Both prime locations with excellent empty lots/lots with real nice existing cabins on the cheap.

Couple thousand an acre, most with electric. Dunno about the water situation.
