Why does the teacher have to be a she? Also do you think teacher pay would be higher if it were not a female dominated profession for the past 70 years?

Just the billionaires and a muted public, it seems.

for example, jag owners and beat up pick up truck owners pay the same percentage of tax at the pump when they fill up their vehicles but no one says that is an "unfair' tax. we all pay the same sales tax at wal mart but no one calls that tax unfair...just curious how it grows in the american psyche to pick and choose which tax is onerous and which one needs to be bigger....

Gas pumps and wal mart aren't exactly the source of all this disappearing money.

The original code for modern income tax 100 years ago was 27 pages long. Now it's over 5,000; full of loopholes and addendums that were engineered to exploit the system and make the rich even richer---Congress is a slimy thing.

They say that tax loopholes cost the US over $1 trillion each year, but who knows how much, really. But I'd much rather have that money go towards Obamacare than into the pockets of billionaire puppeteers.

The system is rigged. Without the help of a motivated public and a shamed congress, Obama can't change it ... Romney would never even try.

What gets me about Obamacare is that when we need to be leaner and meaner to compete in the global economy we have crippled ourselves with higher health costs all going to the middle man (health care companies that do nothing but administrate). If you want to fix health care one simple solution exists. Open up the state borders on health care companies and let them all compete against each other. Prices would drop tomorrow. But what has been created is a legal monopoly for private companies. I really don't want to pay for someone else's bad choices like eating too much, smoking and not being healthy. If I can't say how someone lives their life, I shouldn't have to pay for their expenses. I agree there should be a safety net but that could be some other program. Why tackle health care when half the nation doesn't have a job. Just plain stupid.

On the other hand, you have someone who annihilated 25% of the companies he bought, stripped of all their capital, suppressed successful workers, sold off and then left for dead. Maybe that will help us compete or maybe he would sell us out like the rest.

We don't have a good 2012 election option. They are both a joke and the banks are back at their old games (did you see what JPMorgan Chase just did). When will someone do something about derivatives and all the evil within? Can I hedge against the Greek government without putting any money down? Why yes, you can bet money you don't have against a government that is failing. Doesn't anyone see the evil in this?

Ron Paul does.

But that's beside the point--this is about the election, not pipedreams.
