Loose bolt on Murano... not sure who to tell?

Hey folks... not sure who to get in contact with regarding a loose bolt in the PMRP? Maybe I knew at some point, but frankly, I'm tired, and can't seem to come up with an answer...

Anyway, the 7th bolt on Murano at the Gallery is loose. The head of the bolt is sticking out about an inch from the rock and the piece of metal you clip in to (again, I'm tired.... I apologize for the lack of proper terminology) is freely spinning about. I wasn't able to tighten it by hand or improve the situation Thanks!

People have been reporting that bolt since 2009. It's still not fixed?
