We live in a 4 bedroom cavernous old house near Woodland and High street in Lexington KY and need to rent the 4th bedroom beginning March 1st. We've got a big backyard and already have one dog and two cats, so more pets are not a problem assuming they are social and well behaved. Rent is 262 per room and we split utilities.
Attic has a rock wall perched over questionable mattresses.

I have another questionable mattress I would be willing to throw in the mix if you're still looking for roommates. I am an avid rock climber although I am new to the rrg. I mostly prefer walls and sick nail ups but I could be talked into sport climbing or some horizontal workouts. I've never had a female roommate but I would think that as long as they didn't act too unlady like and belch all of the time that I would be cool. Look forward to hearing from you.

We did finally get a roommate, thanks for asking. As for you Howie, don't worry about the belching - never such a noise would reverberate in our hollows and mattresses are not for climbing, but rather we rent them out to the neighboring homeless group sex league. Those guys sure can bring down the house!
