Update: I am going to a physical therapist at UK sports med (the one on perimeter drive). My weekly regiment consists of Ultrasound both arms, Iontophoresis both arms, deep tissue massage both arms, stretching, and I set of 10 different different exercises that are strengthening my shoulders and triceps. In addition to this I am doing assisted reverse wrist curls and using one of those metolius finger strengtheners. I am in my second week and am already almost 100% in my right arm and around 50% in left arm. If anyone is interested in the exercises I'm doing send me a pm.

Makes me wonder how much different you'd feel with just taking 2 weeks off and drinking lots of water...

time off from climbing helps. But you have to do other exercises in that time.

Mine is starting to go away after nearly 6 months off and hundreds of dollars spent on books, apps, doctor biils, and gadgets. Don't let that shit get chronic.

By chronic do you mean a cycle of going away and coming back or it is just there all the time?

By chronic I meant there all the time. For me I pushed through it with the assistance of ibuprofen and thoughts of being indestructible for nearly a year until I woke up and couldn't live the lie any longer. Also by chronic I meant similar to the weed being hyped up in early 2000 rap songs or that purple syrup I always see you sippin at the club.
