Due to a family illness and consequential moving, Philz has asked me to get the word out about the land being for sale. It's approximately 102 acres, which includes the helipad, the land that was to become a campground, the philz building and depending on the buyer, the Hilltop Hideaway (completely remodeled). Price negotiable.
