Sounds lIke capitalism at its best. Buy low, sell high. The market will determine the true value. They should be congratulated for lIving the Anerican dream. Really, if anyone bought their house and could sell it 10 yrs later for 1000% more, we would be applauding their shrewd sense of business. Regarding grants.., that is just icing on the cake. Of course all is just speculation and conjecture at this point.
