Thats why gas prices are going way way up and then down a little bit: They are getting us used to a jay oh ohh gallon - smaller in size but not noticeable at first. Same with gold prices - the measurement standards are shrinking to where it seems like there was more than there was. First the ice cream, then the coffee, then move the Hatteras lighthouse in shore a few hundred feet. Next thing being a millionaire is just middle class and a Ford f150 costs 45,000 dollars. Then a six figure income gets you a house next to a section eight renter! Top that off with what the queers are doing to the soil and there goes humanity!

Glad to see folks can carry on without me. Sometimes I thought we'd never get there.

"Of course there were. But now, the frequency and intensity of those events has increased dramatically in the past few decades, and will most likely continue to do so. It's not speculation--there is ample data to support this."

Where is the data showing that hurricanes and tornadoes are becoming more prevalent? I would think you would have a hard time getting data from trees and ice regarding storms. And showing that the number of storms has spiked in the last 20 years of a 100 year study doesn't prove much, what if the natural cycle is 200 years long? That 100 year study doesn't mean much now.. I agree humans are having an impact on their environment but I don't agree that "EVERY" weather event is caused by global warming like some people like to suggest.... To much inconclusive data to draw such specific conclusions.

Its raining, global warming. Its windy, global warming. More hurricanes this summer.... GLOBAL WARMING.
Global Warming equals a significant drop in human population which equals significant drop in numbers of climbers in the Gorge. I don't see what the problem is...

Because with the freshwater shortage because of the "sea rising" the Army Corps will have the excuse to flood everything they can to increase the freshwater reserves. You will be scuba diving your way up all the classics eventually. It's a well known sub-plot by the government and has been for years to flood as much of the low-lying areas of the DBNF as they can. They can protect archaeology better, grow their damn "white goldenrod" (which doesn't exist really), and keep the hippies from camping in the overhangs. I'lll be tacking my sail boat on Lake Muir one day. Probably wont get to anchor where roadside used to be though - It'll be a private dock funded by the water access fund. Not to mention the problems caused by what the queers are doing to the soil. Everyone should google that and get informed fast! Seriuosly, google "stuart, what the queers are doing to the soil" very important stuff to know about.
