hey guys,
any of you have a pic of some torn up hands from a fine day of crack climbing? I'm teaching a class to beginners, and I am doing a quick slide show of some of climbings uh.....well....finer points.

I got some pictures of torn up arms and shoulders from offwidths too - carnage makes for great photos!
