I had some acupuncture when I had elbow problems a few years ago and it did really help. Unfortunately I quit the bank and haven't had the money to go back (it's expensive!)

Wow. Thanks kipp. I've been spelling that word incorrectly my entire life, and I had no idea.

Now I know how people must feel when they finally realize "across" doesn't have a 't' on the end.

Turns out this is from hyperextension of the arm (resting on jugs without slightly bending arms, big moves, etc.) All that hyperextension causes bone rubbing on bone which leads to more bone development hence the elbows that won't straighten. I always wondered why the big reach move on Golden Touch started feeling harder. Specialist said there's no non-surgical way to fix it. If I was a paid athlete where an extra inch of reach could really help my career I'd probably get the bone shaved down.
