Louisville House for rent

So the house next door to me is becoming free at the end of October. I would sure be nice to have good neighbors. It's a two bedroom house in germantown on E. Kentucky St. Nice back yard, in a friendly neighborhood. it already has a small garden, a nice front porch, and cheap rent. I know the current residents are paying $650/month. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, a good mix of young and old, lots of gardens, chicken coups, and pot lucks.

they specifically hate corgies, they told me that once. Besides, I think one trans Atlantic flight a year is enough for those two pooches. Though winnie does miss them.
