i've been thinking a lot lately about vitamins lately. is there a way that i can find out what my body actually NEEDS rather than random guessing?
i know lots of people just take a multi-vitamin and hope that covers everything, but is there a way to actually know what i'm getting enough off, too much of, and/or not enough of?

A blood test is the most reliable way to find out. Unlikely that you would have any serious deficiency if you are eating properly. Vegetarians can have B12 problems but I think you said in the eat thread that you are not a vegetarian.
