I prefer apples to bananas on this. I eat this for breakfast (with apples) at least once a week.dustonian wrote:peanut butter & honey on tortillas... season with banana to taste if available.

My dad makes a decently healthy Mac salad by using chopped grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, green peppers, light amount of red onions, macaroni, and Italian dressing. Those are all the ingredients, and I tear it up. Delicious.Yasmeen wrote:I think I'll avoid all macaroni salads from now on, just in case they were made this way.

The dude is a dork, but the product seems to be pretty good. They sell it at Kroger's if you want to try it out. 12oz canister makes 10 servings or ~20 cookies.

Re: Recipe's
Okay I don't know if these Recipie's on this topic are suppose to be healty or not? But either way this is something that I am lovin lovin lovin right now! Everyone has to try it! It is sooo gooood lol! And I don't know if it is healthy our not lol. Probably not with all the cheese! But so so easy to make! • s2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 (10 ounce) can chicken, drained (or equivalent rotisserie or freshly-cooked, chopped or shredded chicken) I like is shredded
• 1 cup ranch dressing
• 3/4 cup red hot sauce ( If too spicy instead sometimes I use franks's red hot bufflo wing sauce)
• shredded cheddar cheese, you decide how much
• Frito corn chip, scoops ( just as good with chicken flavor crackers, or triscits)
Directions:
Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
1.Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce.
2. Fold in shredded chicken.
3. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with Frito scoops.
*To make it even eaiser I do steps 1 and 2 then put it in the crock pot and after it starts bubbling real good you can put the cheddar cheese on top and cut it off cuz it will just melt then. Another good tip if you want to make it for a party or something you can mix it all put it in the crock pot and don't heat it up. Just stick it in the fridge and you can put it on about an hour before your company arrives!
