I feel so sorry for her. I know that she is obese due to her own actions, but I still feel so sorry for her.

I prefer apples to bananas on this. I eat this for breakfast (with apples) at least once a week.

I think I'll avoid all macaroni salads from now on, just in case they were made this way.
My dad makes a decently healthy Mac salad by using chopped grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, green peppers, light amount of red onions, macaroni, and Italian dressing. Those are all the ingredients, and I tear it up. Delicious.

The dude is a dork, but the product seems to be pretty good. They sell it at Kroger's if you want to try it out. 12oz canister makes 10 servings or ~20 cookies. :D

All the Crossfitters are touting this Paleo diet rig. Sounds pretty good in theory. Not sure if these recipes are easy enough for you but they are pretty damn healthy. l love butternut squash so I linked that one, there are many other recipes on the site to chose from, enjoy!

Okay I don't know if these Recipie's on this topic are suppose to be healty or not? But either way this is something that I am lovin lovin lovin right now! Everyone has to try it! It is sooo gooood lol! And I don't know if it is healthy our not lol. Probably not with all the cheese! But so so easy to make! • s2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 (10 ounce) can chicken, drained (or equivalent rotisserie or freshly-cooked, chopped or shredded chicken) I like is shredded
• 1 cup ranch dressing
• 3/4 cup red hot sauce ( If too spicy instead sometimes I use franks's red hot bufflo wing sauce)
• shredded cheddar cheese, you decide how much
• Frito corn chip, scoops ( just as good with chicken flavor crackers, or triscits)
Directions:
Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
1.Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce.
2. Fold in shredded chicken.
3. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with Frito scoops.
*To make it even eaiser I do steps 1 and 2 then put it in the crock pot and after it starts bubbling real good you can put the cheddar cheese on top and cut it off cuz it will just melt then. Another good tip if you want to make it for a party or something you can mix it all put it in the crock pot and don't heat it up. Just stick it in the fridge and you can put it on about an hour before your company arrives!

Best pre/post climbing meal is a plate of beans and rice.

Recipe: ask your grandma.
