The Rock House?

First I heard it was opening in late March, then heard it wasn't. Now I see it and the property is for sale. Whats going on with it? Anyone know.

My info was second hand from another local business in the area. I don't actually know the owners so I could be wrong

Projected opening day is May 9th. The property for sale may be adjacent to the lot the restaurant is on.
Questions can be directed straight to the source if you stop by the building sometime. Someone is there regularly.

There's a development above the Rock House and it has cabins and lots for sale. I think the realty sign is refering to those properties.
