I like this article. I saw one earlier this week right before tax day about how Exxon didn't pay taxes at all in 2009 and won't probably have to pay in 2010 either. They earned I think around 30 billion plus dollars. You wonder why in the hell would they not have to pay taxes here; what a bunch of ***holes. Someone pointed out though that they payed I think around 15.3 billion dollars in foreign taxes. I don't know if this is true for GE but I found it interesting that they left this bit of information out of the other article. There are always two sides keep informed.
Disclaimer: I am a progressive liberal minded person, with strong beliefs on social justice, and government programs. It pisses me off that this injustice can occur but I still hold some faith in big business that they need these tax write offs to stay alive. Just throwing something out there.

Every sentence that involves the goverment should end with"...and the people suffered".
