Route comment reporting is all messed up!

Route comment reporting is all messed up!

There are discrepancies between the home page latest comments widget vs. the last 100 comments vs. what was commented on. It's so confusing! See JR's comment about G.I./Jailhouse Rock.

Yea the code confuses wall IDs with route IDs sometimes.
