There are nicer words than "arrogant"... if you don't like the turkey on Thanksgiving, do you make sure to tell your mother-in-law it sucks after she worked all day cooking for you?

As far as "honoring history" goes, we should rename the red river gorge itself (and the rest of kentucky, for that matter) after the native americans who were the first people to live here. Yet, nobody seems to care about them.

Then "we" wouldn't be naming it - "they" would. They wouldn't care about "them" then because them would be "they" now- which would be us.
