Parks review anchor ban nationwide

The National Park Service is reviewing their policy on fixed anchors nationwide (link here.) I don't believe that this will affect current fixed anchor bans in the Clifty Wilderness, but some of you all might know better.

It looks like this applies to national Parks only. Luckily for us, there's a big difference between national Parks and national forest (see photographic depiction below)
