clifton, my pigsteak corollaries damn most climbers to not being REAL climbers..how do you live with that one? does it suck to pretend to be a climber when deep down inside you know it is a big fail?

you're not telling me anything I don't know already... it's hard to keep trying and still not be a 'real' climber, looks like whatahutch is in this boat too. it sucks to suck, but that's the way it is. though i'm wondering, if i have faith that i'm a real climber, will that make me one?

Christians could teach you somethng here "Faith wihtout works is dead"...duh. having faith in your rock climbing abilities will work fine, but until you put in the hard work in the gym, you'll still be a wannabe..gotta follow the talk with actions. hmmmm, maybe you climbers and religious folks are cut from the same cloth.
