treadwalls are really good for learning how to climb up things. not rockclimbs so much, but definitely other things.

unless you are using a pole or a leashless fun seat sex, while possibly aerobic (depending on yours and your partners motivation and fitness level) probably isn't going to get you close to that next grade. Worth a try though...
need a control arm and an experimental arm. Those that train conventionally, and those that do only high intensity sex (I have no idea what form this takes) and compare outcomes (no pun) over a season or two.
Britanienoble and hubby could be the first experimental arm.
