2. Remove central nervous system and hang out to dry for 2 days
3. Remove legs and head from water and bring fluid to a boil
4. Glue waterlogged legs and head back onto body

Re: Recipe's
get some beats, carrots, kale, and a head of cabbage
cut carrots
slice beats
shred kale
mix together in a large square baking pan, lightly cover in olive oil, then sprinkle some salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. try to coat everything in oil. Place in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes (not an exact time, just a suggestion)
Now cut the head of cabbage into wedges. take your time cus you have ten minutes or more to kill.
remove pan from oven and mix veggies around. push them into a pile in the middle of the pan. Surround pile of veggie goodness with cabbage wedges. Brush oil across the cabbage wedges and lightly sprinkle salt over the top. put back in the oven for a while, probably 10 or 15 minutes or until cabage is starting to brown.
This is super tasty, when we made it we got side tracked and turned the oven down to 200 for about 20 minutes and everything still worked fine, basically cook until beats and kale are ready.
