Do you know what yours are?
A few of mine:
Mental: Fear of falling, and the mental toughness to just hang in there
Weight: Still about 10 lbs over weight
Grip Strength: Put me on a small crimp, and I am out
Foot work: Dont trust the small stuff
Body positioning: I tend to go with "what worked first" instead of looking for the perfect position for each move.
Keep my elbow locked: Mine will open up like i have a regrigerator hanging from me.
Recovery: I will live this come February.

Re: Climbing Weakness
Mental: My onsighting is weak. My preparation has been marginal.
Weight: No matter what I weigh I feel 5lbs. away from ideal(maybe this should be under mental).
Grip: Narrow shallow pinches are weak and, as always, open handing edges.
Footwork: Backsteps or feet directly under me, especially on steep terrain.
Technique: The footwork on crosses(hands) and the footwork on undercling moves need attention.
Power: My full lock off(elbow into your side) needs addressing.

Re: Climbing Weakness
My biggest weakness is that I don't really know what my weaknesses are so. Maybe its my lack in believing i can climb as hard as i can
Sand inhibits the production of toughtosterone, so get it out and send.
Re: Climbing Weakness
I like cookies and hate training.
Re: Climbing Weakness
i have no weaknesses. none.
Re: Climbing Weakness
Mental: I'm weak at projecting/red pointing, once the onsight is gone everything feels like failure.
Focus: dragging feet when tired, my footwork is good till I tire, then I focus to much on whats tired instead of working around it.
General Life: I fail at preventing injury.
Training: weight and training bounces around to much.
Endurance: learn to rest more on route and physical is usually the first thing I always need to work on.

Re: Climbing Weakness
Physically I think I'll be well served by focusing on crimp/finger strenth. Mentally I think I an squeeze out more performance before failing.
