This is stupid. He apologized, and everyone is so quick to jump on the bandwagon and crucify the guy...give it a rest. I still don't understand why this had to be aired out on the internet...seems a little overly dramatic and poor form. Email is a pretty awesome thing...and more tactful.

Mike is a stand up guy. He is humble and honest, and I am sure he has and will continue to give back to the Red. I am sorry for saying he wouldn't be missed. Actually he is one of the better additions to the community in the past several years. We probably drove him away but I hope he has thick skin and we can all have a big hug next time we see each other.

WOW!!!!!!! Just sat here and read this whole thread! equipping in the red is getting even more controversial than just steeling routes from one another that have already been equipped. this whole situation would really bother me if it happened to me, I can't imagine how much it bothered Jason and Kyle. When these type of things happen it makes the equippers to keep new crags secret longer (but dosen't seem to be the case here though).

OH and Piggy you stole all my unbolted routes at the Choco! I wanted them all, its not my fault I moved. They should be there waiting for me!!!!! Stealer!!!!!!!!
