Liz, your point is well taken. Has anyone taken a look around at the vast majority of 40 yo men? Whoo man. If Rocky is climbing 5.10 he is the top one percent of fitness for men over 40. Heck, Ladies, even if you are 30 you might take a look at the Rock.
