If you do not know what is wrong with this picture please stop climbing and belaying until you fully understand it.
Feel free to ask too, that is a great way to get educated.
Climbing is not free. Support your local climbing organization. Labor and money precious resources!

It's obvious what is wrong... he should have kept his left hand low and bumped the right to the better hold to clip. Duh.
