We were climbing at Dunkan rock this Sunday... Matt+Dima climbed a crack/flake/roof/face a short distance to the right of Frenchburg Overhangs, finishing on the same ledge where the 2nd rap anchor (off a tree) on Frenchburg Overhangs is located. (BTW -- there is no info on this rap anchor in the guidebook; and you don't need a 2nd rope to get down, because you can rap off that tree; there are black slings and quicklinks there...) The route is probably a 5.10 of some sort... It's not described in the giodebook, and I didn't find it on the web site. It follows a crack, then traverses to the right, then up a flake/roof, then back left, then up an easy but unprotected face to the ledge.
So, does anyone have any info on:
1. Whether this line has been climbed before or not?
2. If it hasn't been climbed before, how to report an FA?
Thanks.

PS. BTW, the 5.10.c wide crack (What's Left of the Beeneling) was just unbelievably awesome !!

Re: Dunkan Rock possible FA ??
Sorry I can't answer your question - but cool!
Re: Dunkan Rock possible FA ??
The climb is called 'Mucus Pukus', after our severe cold/hangover themed weekend.
Description:
Walk about 20 feet to the right of Frenchburg Overhangs and around a small corner to find a finger crack in the right-facing dihedral. Follow the crack until it terminates and then make a few face moves to a horizontal crack. Cram your hands in the back and traverse right until you can work your way around a gravity-defying flake above. Tread lightly. Throw in some gear and work your way up and left through some easy face moves to end on the intermediate ledge of Frenchburg. Rappel from the tree. 35 feet.
FA: Mat Domeier and Dema ? (Anton, what is Dema's last name?)

Dima's full name is Dmitry Shapovalov.
Nice description, Matt. I'll ask Dmitry to post a picture of the line.
BTW, both me and Boris did come down with your "mucus pukus"... Staying home today, drinking tea and puking...
