Does anyone know what those wire loops with the light green sheaths are that are sticking out of the stone on this route and others at MS?

Kipp can tell you the exact manufacturer, but they are temporary clips put in while bolting to keep the developer into the wall. Don't clip it thinking it would hold a leader fall.
