Go to a track and get through this one:

- 100 pull-ups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of pull-ups

- 200 pushups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of push-ups

- 300 sit-ups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of sit-ups

Then I bet you head to the gym and show everyone up on their projects, huh? Showoff! So about how many 1/4 miles do YOU run during all this? I'm guessing it would require a half-day pass for me to complete all that, probably 5-6 total miles of running. If you want a partner sometime hit me up, I wouldn't mind to try it out although maybe at a slightly lower volume for starters.
efil lanrete... i enjoy the sound, but in truth i find this seductively backward idea to be quite frightening

Ha! Yeah, I just learned about this workout the other night - I would be happy to get through half of it without puking. This workout was one I found for navy seals. The expected time to complete for someone "in shape" is 30-60 minutes ;-)

I'd be down to try out some version of it @shively or one of the other tracks.
