it's about seven and a half to eight feet call. if you're planning on doing pull-ups, careful you're not putting your head through the ceiling if you're squeezing it in a tight space..
bram, i'd show it do you but it's currently broken down.
one thing i will say: it's pretty stable with me on there.. but, as with all of them, there's some wobble/bend on the pull-ups. of course, the bigger the person, the more the wobble/bend. the dips and leg-lift side is solid but just want to be clear about it.
