A life without goals is directionless. Having a bucket list is a great way to set some goals to strive for.

3 of mine are:

Hike the entire AT after I retire (3 years, 3 months, and 2 days: I've got you beat by just a whisker there Dipsi)

Climb Ama Dablam within 5 years

Design my retirement home with my bride (has to be done within 3 years, 3 months, and 2 days)
