Anybody have suggestions on either a company or particular river that operates near Denver, CO? I'm looking for good, quality guides and service, and a gorgeous river... not worried so much about difficulty.
Thoughts?

Rafted the San Juan in the Pagosa Springs area once on a family trip. Pretty mellow on the rapids for an experience class V rafter but loved the hot springs.

You can get to Glenwood Springs in just over 2 hours from Denver, 2 hours flat if you drive like me.
You can get to Granby in about an hour and a half in the summer. Either of those places would be good bets.
Pagosa Springs is even better, but much further. It is hands-down the most beautiful and least crowded area of the state.

"But the motto was, never think you're that cool - you're still just climbing rocks...in the woods...with bugs...and everyone thinks you're crazy."
