6 foot 148 and you're looking to lose 10+ pounds??!! Why? I'm 6 foot 200 and I'm no where near over weight. I haven't weighed 148 since high school!

Mike
No i am not trying to lose any weight.
I would easily gain 10 lbs if I would eat things like mayo, salad dressings,
sweets, ice cream, french fries.
Good luck to you.

Bob,
you being 6 ft/ 148lbs, I would, like you say, increase protein intake and add muscle mass (maintain muscle mass that you have, anyway).
Most folks who are obese and start to loose a lot of weight initially but then reach a point where muscle mass gain off sets fat mass lost.
You obviously don't have any fat to loose, so its all good.
good luck to you.
